In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on km507, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity);
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law;
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Territory as listed on the Platform;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of km507 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by km507 for a breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.

km507 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close Accounts that do not satisfy these criteria. Players who have knowingly provided false eligibility information may have all winnings voided and all funds held pending investigation.

To access the full features of the km507 Platform, you must register a personal Account. The following terms apply to all Accounts:

1. One Account per person: Each player may register only one Account on km507. Registering multiple Accounts (“duplicate accounts”) is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, km507 will close all but one Account and may void winnings generated across the duplicate Accounts.
2. Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. km507 is not liable for losses arising from outdated or inaccurate Account information.
3. Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
4. Notification of breach: If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach, you must notify km507 immediately via our support channels.
5. Account currency: km507 Accounts for Indonesian players are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency cannot be changed after Account creation.

km507 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification for all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to the acceptance of deposits above specified thresholds. KYC is a standard requirement across internationally regulated online gaming platforms and is designed to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling.

As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

5.1 Deposits. km507 accepts deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. The maximum single deposit may vary by payment method and player tier; consult the Cashier section of the Platform for current limits. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be refunded less any applicable processing costs.

5.2 Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on payment method, player KYC status, and the volume of pending requests at the time of submission. km507 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees.

5.3 Pending Verification. km507 reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory KYC completion, security review, or investigation into suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, km507 will communicate the reason for the delay and expected resolution timeline to the affected player via their registered contact details.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on km507 for Indonesian players are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any currency conversion charges incurred by your payment provider are your responsibility.

km507 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players who have completed the required actions (e.g., first deposit, opt-in). Eligibility criteria are stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each promotion. Typically, Bonus Funds must be wagered between 5x and 30x depending on the promotion type.

7.1 General. All bets placed on km507 are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. It is the player's responsibility to familiarize themselves with applicable game rules before placing bets.

7.2 Sportsbook. km507 offers pre-match and in-play betting on a wide range of sporting events including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Timnas Indonesia (the national football team) fixtures, and various other sports. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are available. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.

7.3 Void Bets. km507 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome has been affected by manifest error, technical fault, or where km507 has reasonable grounds to believe the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bets will have the staked amount returned to the player's Account.

7.4 Casino & Slots. All casino games and slot titles on km507 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results. RTP figures for each game are published on the individual game detail pages. Slot gacor (high-volatility slot) games carry higher variance and may result in extended periods without a win.

7.5 Errors. In the event of a technical fault, software error, or manifest pricing error, km507 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts. km507 is not liable for any winnings generated as a result of a technical error or mispriced market.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from km507;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the Platform;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data extraction methods on the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content without express authorization.

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, km507 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

10.2 km507's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 km507 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions, provided that km507 takes commercially reasonable steps to minimize such disruptions.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit km507's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation would be unlawful.

km507 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account and to withhold or void any funds or winnings therein, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including use of stolen payment instruments;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected money laundering, match-fixing, or other criminal activity;
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or other prohibited software tools;
• Opening duplicate Accounts in violation of the one-account-per-person rule;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that km507 determines is without valid basis.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which km507 is licensed and registered.

The Platform is intended to be accessed and used by players in Indonesia. km507 makes no representation that the Platform complies with the laws of any other jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of km507 is lawful in your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through km507's internal complaints process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

km507 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, km507 will notify registered players via email or a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
